What products do you sell?

We stock a wide range of architectural ironmongery, door and window hardware, fixings and general hardware. This may include door handles, locks, hinges, latches, door closers, cabinet hardware, hooks, bolts, brackets, screws, fixings and accessories.

As we are a newly developing company all the products may not yet be uploaded onto the website, if you can’t find the product you’re looking for, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you sell to both trade and the public?

Yes. We welcome both trade and retail customers, whether you’re purchasing for a large commercial project or carrying out a small job at home.

Can you help me choose the right product?

Absolutely. Ironmongery can be surprisingly technical, so if you’re unsure which lock, hinge, handle, fixing or other product you need, our team can help you choose a suitable option.

Providing measurements, photographs or details of the existing hardware can help us identify what you need.

Can you source products that aren’t shown on your website?

Yes, in many cases we can source specialist or less commonly stocked ironmongery through our suppliers. Contact us with the product details, specification or a photograph and we’ll see what we can find.

How do I know which size I need?

Product measurements are shown wherever possible. Always check the dimensions carefully before ordering, particularly when replacing existing locks, hinges, handles and other fitted hardware.

If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering and we can help you check the measurements.

Can you help me find a replacement for old or discontinued ironmongery?

We’ll certainly try. Send us clear photographs, measurements and any manufacturer names or product numbers visible on the existing item. Even when an exact replacement is no longer available, we may be able to suggest a suitable alternative.

What finishes are available?

Our products are available in a variety of finishes depending on the manufacturer and range. Popular options may include polished chrome, satin chrome, polished brass, satin brass, stainless steel, antique brass, black and bronze finishes.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes. We can assist with larger quantities for contractors, developers, property managers and other trade customers. For substantial orders, contact us for availability, lead times and a quotation.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, delivery options are available. Delivery charges and estimated times depend on your location, order size and the products ordered.

Can I collect my order from the shop?

If Click & Collect is available, you can place your order and collect it from our shop once you’ve received confirmation that it is ready.

Please wait for confirmation before travelling to collect your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Stocked products are normally dispatched as quickly as possible. Specialist, made-to-order or supplier-direct products may have longer lead times.

Any estimated delivery dates are subject to stock availability and courier services.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we’ll aim to provide an estimated lead time where possible. We may also be able to recommend a suitable alternative if you need the product sooner.

Can I return an item?

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy. Items should normally be unused, uninstalled and returned in their original packaging.

Certain specially ordered, made-to-measure, modified or personalised products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate. We’ll investigate the issue and advise you on the next steps.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Manufacturer warranties vary between products and brands. Where a warranty applies, details can normally be found within the product information or obtained by contacting us.

Can you provide technical advice?

We’re happy to provide product information and practical guidance based on the details you give us. For safety-critical, fire-rated or regulated installations, products should always be selected and installed in accordance with the relevant specification, certification and regulations.

I’m not sure what I need. Can I send you a photo?

Yes. Photographs can be very useful when identifying replacement ironmongery. For the best chance of identifying the item, send us clear pictures from several angles along with measurements and any visible manufacturer markings.
